Our team is skilled at evaluating facilities and reviewing facility plans and specifications for compliance with State and Federal accessibility laws, codes, and regulations, conducting accessibility research, preparing accessibility reports, and performing accessibility inspections. We offer consultations, onsite facility inspections and certifications, and expert testimony services as part of our CASp consulting services portfolio.
TRB + Associates offers code enforcement, neighborhood preservation, and housing program support to local agencies. Our team is prepared to assist with agency enforcement of regulations and ordinances pertaining to zoning, land use, nuisance housing, building codes, health and safety, blight, graffiti, water waste, and other similar considerations.
